Customer Service

Orlando VAMC strives to always provide the highest quality of care to the veterans of our nation who call Orlando home. We recognize there may be times when a patient or family member has an issue which requires our attention. Because the best time to let us know of any concern or question is at the time it happens — so we can resolve it as quickly as possible — we have established several programs to assist you.

Care Partners

No matter which service you visit when you come to Orlando VAMC, you will always be able to find one of our many Care Partners. The care partner can address and resolve your concern at the point of contact.

Patient Representatives

The Patient Representative is available to assist with any concerns that you or members of your family may have. The program exists to strengthen, personalize, and enhance the relationship between veteran patients, their families and the Orlando VA Medical Center. The Patient Representative provides a way for veterans and their families to address complaints, get reassurance, or pursue explanations.

Our patient representative is located in Room 1622, Bldg 500.
