Orlando VA Medical Center

Leadership

Welcome! We are pleased that you have taken this opportunity to visit our web site. This site is a new and exciting part of our commitment to make your experience with our Medical Center as personal and as individual as we can!

The veterans of Central Florida have made sacrifices at all levels to ensure our freedoms and now it’s our turn to serve you.  We put Veterans first!  It’s our goal to ensure that the medical care and services we provide veterans is the highest quality possible.  You can help us in this effort by using the “Speak to the Director” suggestion boxes available throughout the facility to let us know how we can serve you better.  You can also speak with our Patient Advocate or Customer Service Coordinator if you have an issue that needs immediate attention.  In the near future you will be able to use this site as a means to send comments or suggestions.  We take Customer Service to our veteran patients very seriously, so please consider this site as an extension of our relationship with you as a member of our community, as a veteran, a patient, or family member of one of our patients. The content has been organized so that you can easily find the information you need, and we have made it easy to reach us should you need more assistance.

While you are here, please take some time to set up your own profile in My HealtheVet. At My HealtheVet, you can read more about what interests you, as well as manage your prescriptions, appointments, and other medical information.

The Orlando VA Medical Center now provides care and services for nearly 90,000 unique veterans by a dedicated staff of over 1,800 employees.  Our Patient Service Area includes the following 6 counties: Orange, Seminole, Brevard, Volusia, Osceola, and Lake.  We are planning and designing a new Medical Center that will be located in the Lake Nona area next to the University of Central Florida Medical School in what will be the new Medical City community being planned for that area.  We’re excited about the future for the veterans of Central Florida and we’re proud to continue to provide excellent medical care and services to those who presently deserve the best in return for defending our freedoms everyday.

Again, welcome to the Orlando VA Medical Center web site.
Come back often!
