(877) 741-3400 during emergencies for information on facility closures, appointment cancellations and status of facilities once the storm threat has passed.

Employee Information

If the Medical Center telephone system is out of order and employees are unable to reach their supervisor or co-workers, they may call the toll-free TelCare Number
(877) 741-3400. Employees who are unable to report for duty due to storm conditions or evacuation must notify their supervisors within 24 hours of their scheduled tour.
