Hurricane Florence Notice
The Consolidate Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) used to mail Veterans their medications is located in Charleston, South Carolina. In preparation for Hurricane Florence, workload at this mail order facility has been sent to other CMOPs, not in the path of this hurricane, to ensure timely delivery of medications to our Veterans. If you are an Orlando VA Medical Center Veteran in the path of the storm and have a medication need, for further help please call Orlando VA Pharmacy at 1-877-646-4550. Veterans who have evacuated to the Orlando area due to the storm and are in need of medication refills must visit any of our outpatient pharmacy locations at Lake Baldwin OPC, Lake Nona Medical Center, Daytona OPC, or Viera OPC.
