Veterans who register in advance wil be provided an email with a registration link.This yoga class will help improve flexibily, balance and strength. Participants should be able to:
- get in and out of a chair or yoga mat independently and safely
- No recent surgery in the past 6 weeks
- Commit to attend 5 classes and 15 min daily practice
- able to follow instruction with no difficulty
- tolerate 45 min activities
