 This 8 session class will help you explore your life's misson, aspiration and purpose. You will learn healthcare skills and set goals to increase your overall health and wellness in the supportive atmosphere of your fellow Veteran peers.
 
Relaxation Mat Yoga conducted by virtual online format
 
Time: 5:00 PM- 6:00 PM (EST)
Location: Call 407-646-5075 to register. Participants will receive an email with hyperlink to connect to class
 
 This relaxation yoga class will help promote felxibility and balance. participants should be able to:
  • Able to get on and off of a yoga mat independently and safely
  • Had No recent surgery in the past 6 weeks
  • Commit to attend 5 classes and 15 min daily practice
  • Able to follow instruction with no difficulty
  • Tolerate 45 min activities

Beginner Yoga Class for Veterans who rely on the mobility support of wheelchairs or those who require seated poses due to balance and flexibility limitations. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the starting time to permit time for sign-in. Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and blocks provided or feel free to bring you own.
Yoga can help you to build health, strength and resilience both physically, psychologically and emotionally.

 Veterans who register in advance wil be provided an email with a registration link.This yoga class will help improve flexibily, balance and strength. Participants should be able to:
  • get in and out of a chair or yoga mat independently and safely
  • No recent surgery in the past 6 weeks
  • Commit to attend 5 classes and 15 min daily practice
  • able to follow instruction with no difficulty
  • tolerate 45 min activities

 This class focuses on building strength for teh upper and lower body. Participants should be able to:
  • Have had no recent surgery in the past 6 weeks
  • Able to get on /off floor independently!
  • Able to tolerate 45 minutes of activity
  • Able to follow instruction
  • Commitment to attend 5-10 sessions and practice 15 min every day
